  • Return Period: Items are eligible for a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we are unable to process returns.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any products showing signs of wear or alteration are not eligible for a return.

Return Process

  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery. UpVis is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
  3. Inspection and Refund Approval: Once received, we will inspect your returned item to ensure it meets the criteria. If approved, we will initiate a refund.

Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing can take 7-10 business days after approval. Additional time may be required for your bank to reflect the transaction.
  • Shipping Costs: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Only the cost of the product will be refunded.

Exchanges

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact UpVis within 48 hours at info@upvis.xyz. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
